Construction and Building Works, MEP Works, for Residential Buildings, including Outdoor, Facades & Indoor Finishing Works including Infrastructure Networks for (Domestic Water, Fire-Fight Water, Irrigation, Sewage, Rain Drain Water, Power, Light & Telecom Fibers Networks) and the Landscape Works include both Civil & Architectural Hardscape & Softscape Finishings. Works Include but not limited to the Site Preparation, Temporary Facilities, including Security Systems, fences, gates and internal, external and traffic signage and mobile and fixed furniture.
